Hazard Communication

MSU's Right to Know Hazard Communication document serves as the written guide for MSU compliance with MIOSHA Hazard Communication (Part 430) and MIOSHA Employee Medical Records and Trade Secrets (Part 470). All units who use hazardous chemicals, with the exception of laboratories, are required to comply with this document.
